Bristol Middle Passage Port Marker Project, Inc. is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. We are an all-volunteer community-based organization working to erect a memorial to acknowledge the history and memory of Bristol’s participation in slavery and the Transatlantic Human Trade and its resounding effects on African and Indigenous peoples.
